We ask that you look at some salad or other food if some guests do not want seafood.

The seafood stock is season with New Orleans seasonings.  We added Andouille sausage, corn on the cob, new potatoes, onions and FRESH Large Shrimps. Served with our Coleslaw. Along with our New Orleans Style Bread Pudding.

Additional seafood can be added:
  • Crawfish 
  • Crabs
  • Other can be added just ask

Sous Chefs  Three (3) will be needed to handle the larges pots
Servers  Three (3) will be needed to serve your guest
Setup & Breakdown  

We show up at your location and start our 80qt pots Boiling, after they are properly seasoned we add all ingredients…Let the fun begin!

We serve the boil in a large rolling bucket with Large Scoops along with tongs. If your guests love everything, simply use the scoops. If your guests only want a few items, us the tongs and select just what they want.
